My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The room I moved to was much more pleasant, with two cozy sofa chairs and a small round table offering a comfortable experience. I even had a lovely view to enjoy. The service was top-notch with extremely helpful staff, although they couldn't communicate in English. The location was excellent, with easy access to the subway station and close to the vibrant Tanukikoji shopping road, perfect for city sightseeing and indulging in local cuisine. The dining experience was okay, but a bit overpriced for what was offered. Overall, a great value for the money spent.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms, although a bit musky with a faint smell of cigarette smoke, were spacious and definitely worth the money. The service was top-notch with the staff going out of their way to assist us in various situations. The location was superb, just a short walk from Nijo Market and close to great restaurants and shopping streets. However, the dining options were overpriced for what was offered in the somewhat unique setting of a plastic igloo inside an atrium.
